Emails, phone calls, comments, websites, hello peter, call centres. nothing got your attention.
I have now moved all my business to FNB just because you do not care about your clients. no one ever bothered to respond or listen to what my concerns were. just a automatic reply (which i will probably get again when i tick the send box)
good bye and good riddens to 25 years of banking with ABSA. the worst bank ever. And i will make it known.
