ABSA Actionline useless!!

I have logged on hellopeter a complaint about my situation only to be contacted by a representative that was not willing or capable to help me. I am so frustrated as I have been speaking to everyone in the legal and debt review departments and just NO ONE is helping me. So then I phoned Action line and did a formal complaint (Complaint number 2522333 and explained to the call centre my problem of no one helping me anywhere within the bank. That was logged on the 16th of September 2013 and to date NO ONE called me back or assist me. I have even sent the complaint to the banking adjudicator/banking council and can only take it further with them when 20 working days had passed. But the worst of it all is how frustrated and angry I feel that in a whole banking institution there is no one willing or capable to help me. What poor service, quick to threaten people with legal action but when a client want to sort out their accounts they are not interested to help. My hands are tied behind my back by a bank that is out to make money from the poor to line the pockets of the rich.
