Several months in a row, EssentialMed have billed me incorrectly. Instead of simply sorting it out, they want to appoint blame. Quite simply - I do not care who is at fault! If you are going to bill for a policy and the monthly deductions are incorrect, you should be able to simply fix it!
I have had ZERO response to my billing complaints. I have not received the correct invoices. I sent a cancellation order for my policy (due to lack of response) and have had ZERO response from that too!
I wonder what would happen if there was a medical emergency and I (or anyone on my policy) needed critical care?
Simple account management. FAIL.
