I had been experiencing problems with my ABSA cheque account for a while: they were billing me for internet charges that I was not supposed to be charged for and I went inside the branch to get a refund for it. Of course it took me an hour to be helped by the appropriate person and I thought "yay, someone in managerial position to help me-awesome! " but wow was I wrong. BESSIE PRETORIUS was one of the rudest managers I've ever met!!! Every question I asked she rolled her eyes and got extremely impatient with me... I mean, really how can a customer dare to ask a question! you could see she had other things to do and was not interested in helping me-she was just snappy and yes... literally rolled her eyes! she didn't even apologise for ABSA's mistake! aaahhhh, the bliss and relief of not being with ABSA anymore! yayyy! goodbye to bad service, goodbye to bad admin and goodbye to rude, grumpy, impatient old ladies like Bessy Pretorius!!!
