Wow, I am actually stunned right now with what i have been experiencing at Capitec. Tuesday I went into the branch at Alexandra Pan Africa shopping centre and again I was treated with great customer service. While I was sitting there waiting for my number to be called, I realised that every time a person walks to a consultant then the consultant stands up and smiles to welcome the next customer. REALLY that is outstanding service and make one feel right at home.i urge customers out there to appreciate the staff at Capitec as they do go the extra mile, they personalise your query and if one has a problem then ensure to try and assist. Firstly a bank that closes at 18:00... That's a huge wow right there and very convenient for us that work at Sandton and knock off at 16:30 or 17:00.What also amazes me is that the consultants never forget a face. When Hlengi welcomed me (standing up and smiling ofcource) she showed she still remembers that I came through for help before and using a persons name makes one know that you bank cares. I complement all staff for being patient and for giving the service that they do. Well done all keep it up
