Good Day

I came into Bayside to pay for my telephone bill. Expecting there to be a line to wait in. Upon arriving into Telkom bayside i was immediately greeted and was directed to the payments/accounts department. Yes there was a line and yes i was frustrated. However the lady behind the counter (Chane Achterbergh) quickly and politely helped everyone there with a smile.

As someone who knows and deals with customer services, i greatly appreciated her attitude in dealing with everyone. I got to the front of the queue in great time and was smiled at, greeted and made to feel special in something so simple. Chane really made me feel great after a long day. Well done Telkom
