Further to my previous complaint and responce given by the insurer, I am still not getting any joy with regards to tje issued of the courtesy vehicle and yet its well over a week since my accident and its now over 3 days since I sumbitted my claim. I am told by the claims manager I will get a car but only once they have assessed my claim because repair quotations are still outstanding from their assessor. This is a contradiction to the responce I received in my initial complaint I posted on this platform. It would seem they Anderson cannot keep to its own end of the policy schedule as they advised me about the 3 days turn around time and I in turn am being prejudiced an yet I pay for the service which I cannot be afforded so far.
