In December 2012 my card was used at boxer cash and carry in orange farm. got in contact with department, and was asked to swear an affidavit at the police station with a copy of id. card front and back with three signatures all certified. done and faxed on the 9th jan 2013. tried to confirm and was told that it was not received, refaxed to attention Candice confirmed on the 28/01/3. on the 5th of march I again called and spoke to coleen for an update, promised to return the call and never did, at this point I wish to state that at no time did I refuse to pay, but only once query was sorted because of interest charged. again on the 22/04/13 spoke to Janaye which was going to speak to the manager withou ever coming back. 26/06/13 spoke to saira no success. it was then apparently handed over for collection, and was asked by a nomusa to refax all documents on the 05/07/2013, and she would get to bottom of it, no success again.24/07/13 spoke to Charmaine promising that matter had been sorted and would sent updated statement, no success still waiting. in the meantime another set of lawyers are now phoning re: ronel 21/08/13 for updated statement and still no joy.
