Are my questions too difficult to answer??

On 5 August I asked via e-mail if my free ATM deposits on my personal account included the bulk cash machine - to which I received no response. Rather more urgently, I asked on 24 September if the SARS credit push payment is able to work with my business account, as it has not been for some time. I received the autoresponse, which stated that I would be contacted within 24 hours and to date I have heard nothing. I am talking about my VAT here, I am talking about a 10% penalty which I would have to fight to be waived, so yes, I am a little excited about the whole thing. I had to spend my money calling your call centre from my cellphone today to get an answer. I don't like spending a small fortune on bank charges only to be IGNORED. According to your agent, the problem with the credit push payment with the SARS eFiling system - do you think you guys could get together and sort it out?? It has, after all, only been 2 years.
