Good Afternoon

My husband assed away on the 01/06/2013, he had 2 smart devises from FNB and I reported his passing on the 24/06/2013. One was destroyed in an accident and one was. On the 8th July I had to call them for a follow as nobody bothered to call me back. Joan-Paulo Daniel tried to help me with my query but could not resolve it till today. I cant closed my late husband's cheque account because the devices are still not setlled, bank charges, devices insurance and the devices itself are still going out and nobody is responsible for it.

I'd be very happy if they can settle this matter and advise me of the status of this claim without me runningafter them.
