Last month being August i called the deceased estates department regarding my late mothers unit trusts account that she had with the bank, i have spoken to numerous consultants there namely Sphiwe Flloyd Dinesh and Lungelo. i was told to submit all required documents and to open up an estate last account which i did in the Dundee branch on the 12/.09/.2013. till this very day they tell me that they havent received those documents, im failing to understand the reason for that and most of all whose fault is it. we are desparate for this money as the children and its so frustrating especially when everytime we speak to a call centre agent at Absa they are so casual and just tell u to wait, ... how long must i wait when i was told that this initially takes 7 days to be done but 3 weeks later they tell us that the dundee branch has not sent our documents to them... how much longer should we wait im in tears right now and very very angry and disappointed at the service provided by absa.
