My gran's atm card was swallowed last night when my mom went to draw money for my gran. My mom phoned maitland's absa to report it this morning and told shahieda my gran was on her way to her. I am disgusted at the lack of service and attitude of management at this branch, I'm so glad I switched banks!! She asked my mother what must she do after my mom explained to her what had happened and she again said to my mom she doesn't understand what she must now do! How the did she become a manager??? Did they pick her up out of the gutters??? And they charged my gran over R100 for new card and what not!! I think its time for a change of banks after 25 years of absa due to one useless gutter rat manager!! Tanya 021 5101675
