Goodday

kindly assist, I contacted the call centre on the 21/01/2013 and advised the agent to change the statement date, and I was advised that this was done, I recently received my statement and on the statement reflected that my payment due date was changed as well with out my consent

I was not advised that the payment due date will be effected, I only receive my salary on the 20th, I am really annoyed with reagards to the service I received
