Arrogant call centre agent

I received a very rude call tonight about my car payment that is in arreas according to this very arrogrant man, apparantely mfc changed the payment date without any consent, or even an email or phone call, when i said tho this man i want to know when was it done he just said to me the information is not relevant, well if you have the bad manners to change a date without legal information to the client, i will contact my lawyers to find out. he was so rude, when i said to him he is lying that i did not got any prove of the date change he got very angry and said it does not matter, what i dont understand how can you harras people without having the decensy to send them letters that you illegally change the payment date.

I have to phone everytime for an updated statement the one you get via email every 3 months is so outdated it is a joke. Please can some professional person get back to me to sort out the problem and not the unprofessional call centre people.
