AGAIN... my account debited on the 20th of September - What can you not understand about only debiting on the 25th or after. What gives you the right to debit 5 days before the time with no valid explanation. The 25th was not even on a weekend or public holiday.
I WILL STOP MY DEBIT ORDER and report this unfair behavior. And I don't want some email or a call stating someone is going to help me resolve the problem, because this is my 3rd report and every time they just decide to debit earlier. I have NEVER once missed a Capitec payment, I have been a perfect customer and I will not be abused in this way. EVERY TIME this happens i will scream and shout and make a big fuss. And i expect to be reimbursed for the last several months that this has happened, WHY should i pay for your utter incompetence. FIX YOUR PROBLEM!!!
