I electronically applied to Standard Bank (via business banking) to purchase commercial property (business offices). After various correspondence (including delivery of zoning certificates), I was advised one week later that Standard Bank Home Loans declined the application because of it not forming part of their product???
I ALWAYS applied for business premises, and the application stated such. This is a JOKE!!!
