I usually use HelloPeter to complain but I feel that good service also needs to be acknowledged. I recently filed a claim online but rushed to a meeting so I could not answer my phone for quite some time. When I got back to the office, I found that I had close to 10 missed calls from a particular number. They called again short after to confirm if I had been assisted. Mabathu (the lady I had the pleasure of speaking to) was really helpful and ensured that I was assisted immediately. She came me her direct number to follow up if I had any questions regarding the claim. She even made sure that I had my policy document, getting me in contact with Jeanine who mailed them shortly after.
I have never been lucky enough to have good experiences with insurance companies, but I feel that MiWay has greatly improved and is now setting a high standard with regards to how customers should be treated.
