After being miserable the whole day trying to get hold of my insurance to lodge a claim finally I went through to Mookho Puling who assisted me. Good manners, etiquette and my she knows how to deal with an unhappy customer. Ok even though my claim was not yet processed she really made me feel better. She did everything quickly.
