I have recently decided to purchase a new vehicle. I thus decided to apply for a Top-Up on my existing loan in order to cover the purchase. The proceeds from my current vehicle would provide the rest of the amount needed.

I spoke to Phindile Gama on 25/09/13 to confirm a settlement. She assured me that a Top-Up to my needed R115000 given my current profile shouldn't be an issue pending application. I said I will do the application soon.

I then made a telephonic application with Nthombi on 26/09/13. She said it was unsuccessful but did not agree with the electronic assessment and would forward it to the assessors.

I have been a loyal customer for 28 years when my Grandmother opened a savings book for me. I have never been late on any payment due to ABSA.

This is unacceptable when I can afford the loan.
