Fnb call centre gave wrong repairs info for my iphone bought online with fnb. Sent me to cell c and after 4 weeks i phoned to find out that fnb sent me to the wrong repair company. Now i must wait for my phne to be couriered back and to send to istore for repairs. Fnb needs to communicate better to their workers as when i phoned the cell dept they were not educated on the process. Stick to banking pls.
