On the 26th Sept i came to the bank after being here twice before for the same querie. When i came here suposedly the lady i need to speak to does not 'remember me' and shouts from the other side of the room to find out why i am here. When i remind her she tells me to get a ticket, when i go to the ticket machine the lady standing there says: 'yes" as if she doesnt know whats going on. I think her name is Lizzy. Then, 2 staff members remember m and say i can have a seat. I have now been sitting for 10 minutes, there is. 7 cubacles and ONE, just ONE consultant actaully sitting with a client. Why are there SEVEN cubacles and i never se more than 3 staff members working? Then, 2 of the staff members walk out of the branch and here i am... Sitting like an waiting for service! And now u are going to apologise for the inconvenience and u know what, in 2 days time, you will still not have beter service! service i tell you! And by the looks of your complain level, i would suggest you do something! And how dare your consultants tell me i cant stop my debit order because it has the word 'loan' in it??? This is my account and i have the final say as to what money goes where.
