I went to Matrix to investigate pricing on a number of goods. Of the 4 staff members visible, the 2 males were assisting customers, one lady was sitting chewing gum and the other lady was walking between the 2 men. Not one member of staff offered to assist me. I waited in clear view of all 4 staff members for 10 minutes. Really really bad service. That will be the last time I go to Matrix Northmead.
