Dealing with Standard bank a complete nightmare!

I have called standard bank and wasted over an hour being shuffled from 1 department to the next. the account holder my dad sent in a signed consentd letter confirming that i can make all changes on his VAF for a 2008 Vw polo 1.4 trendline. called 0860 000000 to be told there are a few top ups on his account. the premium is suppose to be R2784.96 but we being charged almost R3200. when attempting to cancel i am being told this top was cancelled in October 2012, then i was transferred again to be told the next one was canceled June 2013, trans to another number told this was canceled in 2010. so if all these where supposedly cancelled why am i being charged every month, clearly standard bank owes us some money... or is this their way of making money of us?!!! the service is so bad, my dad had to give me consent to call on his behalf and really i dont blame him...

just 3 words come to mind right now... First National Bank (thank im not a std bank client)
