I am disgusted by the way that MiWay operates, offering me a better deal and then seven (7) days after signing up with them, altered the agreement. I replied to them via email, a few times without response. I then phoned them and was put through to Calvin who told me this was just unlucky for me and he offered me three (3) other options, all of them increasing my premium. I told him I would think about it. Calvin altered my policy in the meantime to one of his suggestions, without my consent and therefore my premium was affected. I replied to his email address once again and this time I got a auto message, "off till 25/09/2013". (The date on which my debit order goes through). Convenient/ Coincidence? This marketing strategy will backfire on them as there must always be basis of trust.
