FNB - "How can we you? "

Account gets closed with no communication from the bank itself, then gets handed over to their lawyers to contact me to redeem the monthly account fees?

Complaints department doesn't give a rats bottom regarding urgent call back, a reference number will calm me down apparently?

All round disappointment from the bank that I have been with for over 10 years... where is the appreciation for the long term customer?
