Very disappointed with the level of service, or lack thereof received from the FNB Credit Card Division.
Thirty-two working days later and I still do not have an outcome on my application, even after submitting all requested documentation to different branches.
This level of service for a banking institution such as FNB is just Poor. I do not understand why I have to keep following up with FNB in order to expedite my application. Should this not automatically happen as a norm?
