The wording under "Nature of Complaint" speaks for itself. I held a policy with yourselves a few years ago, after a time however i was retrenched and unable to continue paying the installments. I was then contacted some time ago, where I was told that I could now collect the monies owing to myself. I have been trying since that time to acquire this money. I have sent through all required documents on several occasions, and during my last correspondence with yourselves, the system even showed that all documents were present. Yet, you still withhold my money? Why is this? I'm pretty sure this is classified as. I have also sent several follow-up emails to Rita Young in your call centre, and have yet to receive any feedback.
I hope to receive a timeous response. This whole experience has left a rather bad after taste.
