I have called in on Saturday 17/08/2013 and was taken though the norm in terms of requirements, capturing and confirming, This by the way took more than an hour and a half, i promised by the agent that i would receive my policy wording/schedule/documents no later than 12pm that very day, and yet i sit here still awaiting these documents, its almost as if the sale, was made wiith anything being said (Factual or not).

i needed these documents at that time, because i needed to engage with the parties concerned, i took out the policy none the less... obviously against my better judgement, I NEED THESE DOCUMENTS URGENTLY, if not... i WILL cancel!!!
