Payment arrangement

I send and email to specialarrangement@fnb on the 12th of october 2013, this was because i was going on unpaid maternity leave as of october. I never got any reply from them, only to call them again today 24th of october and be told that they wont be ableb to assist with the payment arrangement for this month (october). They should have called me and told me that as i have informed them and the employer letter states the dates clearly. Now i dont know where i will get the money to pay the full installment. We are always told to make payments arrangements only to get bad service. I am so dissapointed in fnb.
