I transferred money from my FNB acc into my capitec account on the 24th of Sep. The money was paid back into my fnb acc, and now nobody is assisting me with this query. I've spent almost an hour on my cellphone with FNB, after which my call had now been dropped. They say that my debit orders took the funds which went back into my fnb acc, which I understand. I however done the transfer into the other acc because I need to see to my children's school fees, rent etc. I would like this matter to be rectified with immediate effect. And the money to be available IMMEDIATELY in my capitec acc
