I logged a complaint with with hellopeter about bayport regarding them refusing to change my debit order dates on my cellphone account as I have changed employment and my salary dates changed as bayport refused to assist but only after logging a complaint with hello peter I got helped, but regardless of that matter I now owe bayport for the mistakes they they made on their side they opened up an insurance policy for me and they have been debiting R200 for the past two months and i was under the impression that the amount being taken was to settle the outstanding amount that I owed them because of their disobedience and unwillingness to help me when I tried to make arrangements with them as a result i have been listed with the credit bureau as a bad payer because of their incompetence and un- professionalism and i would like them to resolve this matter immediately as i can not apply for financing because of their stupid mistake and i demand they clear my name as they have messed up things for me I have sent them through my bank statements not knowing why as i had not agreed to any insurance policy that they were offering and to make it worse they have no record
