On 14 Jan I went to the ATM's at Strand branch, withdrew money but only half of the amount I withdrew, came out.
I went into the branch immediately, waited in an enquiries q for nearly half an hour, while the tellers stood there doing nothing!
The lady at enquiries checked, phoned but couldn't resolve the issue. She said it would take a few days for the money to reflect in the account again and gave me a reference nr.
Checked again today, still no correction of refund.
Come on people, so I need to take a off from work to sort out your? Where's my money? If your atm is so unreliable I'd rather move my business to a bank who will refund a client if money is "lost" in your atm system!
