Terrible service, manners and approach

Capitec White River Mpumalanga. Service is disgustingly poor. And the people there are terribly rude and are barely willing to help you. We had a grievance regarding a debit order that they wouldn't reverse, we found out the company is a and how would we obtain a letter to reverse this from. But they still argued with us and were extremly rude and tried to make me feel inferior!! This is unacceptable and I am seriously considering another bank and telling all the people I know to change as well. Then manager had watched this whole incedent and not done or said a word.
