The time was before 6am this morning in Pinetwon, Durban. I had been sent money via the FNB ewallet, and when I arrived into Pinetown this morning, I headed to my nearest FNB ATM on Crompton Street, near Mc Donalds. I got there and their atms were off line with cardless services, I went to every FNB ATM I knew in the area (Sanlam Centre/Pinecrest, Knowles Shopping Centre and Pinewalk) and not a single atm had cardless service available. I am failing to understand how a bank can provide efficient service if their atms are ALL not fully functional!! I blame both FNB and the Branch Managers within the Pinetwon area as its unacceptable as a loyal customer to be subjecteed to running around the whole world for me to find an atm that will give me a service that is meant to be avaialble at all times.

And if there are time limits within the accessing of this particular service may we be provided with a valid reason and notification, and stop hiding behind "It's the procedures followed by the business for our safety" What about the customers that are ensuring your business keeps growing from strength to strength?

Who here is really the beep, is me or is it my bank?
