I have a Capitec account and 3 additional accounts (add-on accounts)
Very often, when I transfer an amount from any of the add-on accounts into the main Savings account, the amount becomes less, for eg, if i transfer R200 From Savings account1 into my Main account, the Available balance will be R190 or R180 or R198, its usually small amounts, but today, they hit me for about 200 bucks.
I contacted Capitec and they cant understand it, as capitec does not have the functionality to show a history of Available Balances.
When i checked Capitec reviews on Hellopeter i noticed the huge amount of unhappy clients, now I know why.
