Why keep your customers informed?

It has been a nightmare with Auto & General staff calling me back. Nobody had called me back at the first time of asking. My car repairs were not complete.

Damage to my tyre and wheel were not picked up when my car was repaired, and I can't drive my car the way it was returned to me. I had to do extra work at my own cost to make my car safe to drive again and I have yet to hear back about payment regarding this and my damaged tyre.

I have yet to have someone call me about reimbursement of my excess, claimed from the third party. I have been told repeatedly that someone from legal would call me, but they don't seem to be bothered.
