I phone in connection with my premium and I got hold of Esoof and he was not help full at all and I cancelled my policy. After about minutes I call agin I spoke to Tshepo he was will to help me and he put me through to speak to Ashley and he was also help full and my premium was corrected thanks to Ashley and Tshepo from the call centre but Esoof he need to training to speak to the clients, if it was not of this two guys I would have take my business to another party
