I am very disappointed with Auto and general's call centre, I am in desperate need for towing services, I called auto and general to try and get that arranged as it's an emergency. The call centres are not working. Why am I paying insurance if you can't help me? I have now called more than four times tonight with still no assistance. Seriously disappointed!!
