I called in on mon the 16th sept for a comparative quote against hollard.the agent could NOT beat the quote so when I asked her would she then pay me R400, she became annoyed and asked is that why I called.she said she would send me an email to claim.by Wednesday I still didn't receive any correspondence.i called customer service, the lady said she will forward my complaint through to the manager and someone will contact me soon.by fri still NO EMAIL OR NO MANAGER tried calling.i called again and spoke to Adele who said I should put my complaint in writing to a Lizl.she sent me an email saying Zweli will contact me.i eventually got hold of him, he said he will forward me an email and will contact me to check if I received it.well its Monday the 23rd and nothing is sorted, It has cost me more than R400 to get the cash back.totally unprofessional staff on whole.they about their R400 cash back.worst insurance company ive ever had to deal with.
