I have obtained a quote from Outsurance last week and their quote could not beat my current insurer's. I have called back twice to ask for the emailed link to the page where you can compare the two quotes to get R400 cash-back and I have still not received it. They have confirmed my address and it is correct. I have been receiving numerous outbound emails, which leaves me to believe it's not a case of an email or internet problem, but a case of them failing to send the email.
