Excellent attitude in a service industry

I phoned to cancel my household content cover after finding out someone with a greater content value was paying the same premium. Hein took the time to explain to me why insurance is indvidual specific and he re-evaluated my profile which lowered my premium. His attitude and willingness to help was very refreshing and in turn retained me as a client.
