After not getting a good response from my current insurance broker for minimum content cover for my retired aunt, I contacted Outsurance online. As I clicked the get a quote button, my phone rang. It took Princess and I a few tries to talk and eventually I spoke to Patricia to close the deal - this was all my doing as I was stuck in meetings. They kept in contact with me throughout. It took a while to get all the details sorted, but at the end, I had content insurance cover for my aunt, they waived the admin fee and the monthly premium is a! Thank you Outsurance - who needs a broker. Perhaps I should consider you for my own insurance?!
