Lets Ask Why??? i was retrenched a month sgo, i sent all my documents to capitec iin regard to my loan account. this is being processed. i was told to make a payment arrangement as insurance payout takes 2-3 months. clearly not understanding the concept of being retrenched. i contacted a lady and told her i dont have money to pay as an arrangement as i am without work. My school fees were transferred to my account by my brother and capitec just deducts 400 without any consent or arrangement to do so as that is my school fees. asked for a refund yo pay my school fees and was told they can only refund 50% of the deduction as there is not a payment arrangement as of yet. so how long and what do i bring with me to cancel my global one account, my internet code generator and whom i speak to for documents stating that they refuse to refund my money in order to get this sorted ay small claims as well as the fact thatthe bank makes it my problem that their insurance cant handle this in a sufficient manner. i want all closed and will go to a different bank. kindly advise today what will be done as i will be at my nearetst branches door tomorrow morning or at small claims court.
