FNB just froze my account without warning me! When I went to my branch they said "we smsed you 7 times about the account on the 30th of september". My account was frozen around the 21st of september, so how could they possibly have warned me on the 30th?? I've been a customer of FNB for more than 5 years and now all of a sudden there is a problem with my account?? Pathetic!
