I have signed up with one plan. from the start there has been issues. first the lady that helped me sign up and close the deal Eva, calls me a few days later to sell me again not remembering that we had already closed the deal. Then they have all my banking details but still sms me to say that the payment bounced and i would need to manually pay them, even though there was enough money for a debit. then they say that they cant deliver my card cos the admin fee is not received and now they wanna double debit me after i have already paid. What the heck is going on with you people. I want this cancelled IMMEDIATELY! i don't want any solution and any apology, i just want to cancel and i want my money back!
