The bank refused to give me my money

I was very disappointed on Friday 20/09/2013 when i went to FNB bank in Davernport to enquire about my SARS rebate amount that was deposited, i was at the bank from 12:15pm and only left at 14:30pm which means they wasted 2hrs and 15m of my time for that day.

I was served by Raylene from Davernport branch, she told me they was a hold on my account and she had to contact one of the numbers that was listed on my profile she eventualy got hold of the lady by the name of Pinky in JHB branch since she could not removed the hold from her side, Pinky said there's an amount of R 1 377.18 that I owe i first need to pay that money in-oreder for them to release my funds i first refused but ended up agreed to pay that amount of money.

I asked her how long will it take for them to release my money she told me 15 minutes and that time it was 1:15 I had to wait and Raylene had to serve another client. At 13:45 Raylene called me to finalize my query when she called Pinky another lady by the name of Mayae answered the phone and told her that Pinky is gone out for lunch & after that i was told that this will only be resolved Monday after waited for so long.
