I am really upset with absa asset managers, no communication at all. I purchased five unittrust portfolios and I never received acknowledgement of my application or welcome letter or even statements and quaterly commentary. No corresponndence at all even though I bank with them. I called them several times and spoken to floyd (consultant) requesting statements and still my requests fell into deaf ears, that is when I got fedup and sold all my ut portfolios and now I am happy to invest with sanlam!

The same applies to their annoying and expensive internet banking service where you have to login several times before you complete a transaction, I am now considering switching to standard bank, where I will get free and proper internet banking. Absa does not value its clients!
