Stranded due to app

I had forgotten my card at home and thought i'd save some time by sending cash to my mobile, i tested how it worked online and the transaction went through seamlessly.

With confidence after I left work I decided to send more money using the Blackberry mobile app, it took a while longer to process but it went through and the amount went off my account, I waited well over an hour for the serial number to come through but it never did, So i called the instantcash people who told me that the app doest have instant cash capabilities and that it was probably just a normal transfer.

So after checking my accounts, it was clear that it just decided to send the money to my other accoun which is in the negatives resulting in the cash being unavailable to me, leaving me stranded.

I want to know why the app has the option to send instant money if it doesnt work and I need my money returned to my other account immediately. this is insanity, why give people options when those options aren't even fully configured???
