Ebucks is realy not taking care of their clients, i got several emails saying i need to redeem my ebucks points and when i tried and do that i find that is was and they used my ebucks to purchase airtime. when i call ebucks they know about this and were not suprised but not at any given time we were notified about this . if they know about it why are we not being contacted and alerted about this. i hate these loyalty programes the y are just a waist of time and you never get anything from them
