NO REPLY TO EMAILS

I have sent several emails to Trans Union and confirm that they have not replied to a single one. My first email was sent to them on 8 June 2013 and the elapsed time since then should have been sufficient time for them to amend the information as requested. This is first time I received such bad service from Trans Union and I am very disappointed in their lack of professionalism in this instance.
